BAttalion COMMANDER

 The Battalion Commander is the leader of the JROTC Battalion, responsible for the overall operation and success of the unit. They are appointed by the Senior Army Instructor (SAI) and are typically a senior cadet with strong leadership qualities and a deep understanding of JROTC principles. The Battalion Commander oversees all aspects of the battalion, including training, discipline, and community service activities. They work closely with the Battalion XO and CSM to ensure the smooth functioning of the unit. The Battalion Commander also serves as a mentor and role model for the cadets, encouraging them to develop their leadership skills and strive for excellence.
